How it works

  1. Add every participant's city or time zone.
  2. Set the shared working-hours window (defaults to 9–17 local time for each zone).
  3. Bright green columns are hours when every zone is inside its working hours. The starred column is the recommended start.
  4. Click any cell to download a .ics invite, or copy a shareable link.

DST awareness

Each row shows an DST badge when that zone is currently on daylight saving. If any participant's zone shifts within the next 3 weeks, the planner warns you so a recurring meeting doesn't silently drift by an hour.
